First Microfinance will assess the microfinance institutions and cooperatives MFIs after detailed study, field visit and technical analysis (due diligence) focusing on the following:

1. Performance and Capacity
2. Appropriate Policy, Procedures and Practice
3. Governance
4. Transparency
