Monitoring

First Microfinance monitors the MFIs to develop and strengthen the institutional capacity. It identifies and assesses the risk of MFIs through on-site and offsite visit and provides feedback and suggestion to mitigate the risk.

Monitoring function helps to maintain cordial relationship with MFIs as well as ensures the proper utilization of wholesale loan. Meetings and interactions are conducted to share findings and observation for mentoring and counseling of officials of MFIs for change and growth.
