Business Solution
First Microfinance develops various management tools and provides business solutions to borrower MFIs and cooperatives to support their management skills and expansion of business. Example of such solutions includes relevant policies, procedure, guidelines, and template of business plan and risk management toolkit for borrowers’ institutions. It also provides solutions to identified problems by developing tools, techniques and sharing of best practices as per the needs of MFIs.
 
Capacity Building
First Microfinance has been organizing different events, including seminars, workshops and interaction programs on contemporary issues and relevant topics as per the needs of MFIs and cooperatives.  Objective of such program is to enhance capacities and share experience with each other. We also share information about useful materials, managerial tools and solutions to the borrower MFIs and cooperatives.
 
Advisory and Other Services
First Microfinance may provide other advisory and tailor made services such as research and study, training, organizational assessment, financial acceleration and other value added services on case to case basis.
