Mr. Wagle holds LL.B. and MBS from Tribhuvan University and the member of Nepal Bar Council as an Advocate. He is associated with FMLB since its inception and has more than 2 years of experience as a self employed prior joining FMDB. He has attained various trainings related to microfinance and banking sectors. He has participated various conference and exposure visit in India and Japan.
