Mr. Panta Joined FMLB since 2012 January in the post of Sr. Manager and has more than 19 years of working experience in Retail and Wolesale Microfinance Operation. He worked as Chief of Microfinace in Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd for 3 years & Deputy Regional Manager in Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd for 5.5 years. He holds Bsc., Ag. degree in Agricultural Economics from IAAS, Tribhuvan University & completed Masters Degree in Economics. He has participated in Several National levels Microfinance Trainings, Conference and Workshops. He has acquired Coady’s CBMF Course for financial inclusion & CGAP Trainings on Financial Performance Management. He has also participated in international trainings, conference and exposure visit in countries like India, Thailand and Sri-Lanka
